These terms apply to your use of www.backingminds.com (the “Website”), operated by BackingMinds Management AB, reg. no. 559278-2675 (“BackingMinds”). By using the Website you accept these terms.

The content on the Website is for general information only. It does not constitute investment, legal, tax or financial advice. It is not an offer or solicitation to buy or subscribe for interests in any fund managed or advised by BackingMinds.
Interests in BackingMinds’ funds are offered only to professional investors, and only on the basis of the relevant fund documentation. BackingMinds Management AB is registered with the Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority (Finansinspektionen) as a manager of alternative investment funds. Past performance is not a reliable indicator of future results.
3. Submitting your company
We welcome submissions from founders. By submitting information through the Website you acknowledge that:
BackingMinds reviews a large number of companies, some of which may be similar to or compete with yours, and may already be evaluating or investing in such companies.
We cannot sign confidentiality agreements at the initial review stage. Please do not share trade secrets or other highly confidential information in your first submission.
A submission does not create any obligation for BackingMinds to invest, respond or provide feedback.
You confirm that you have the right to share the information you submit.
Personal data in submissions is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
4. Intellectual property
All content on the Website, including text, graphics, logos and design, belongs to BackingMinds or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute or use it commercially without our prior written consent. Portfolio company names and logos belong to their respective owners.
5. Links to other websites
The Website may contain links to third-party websites. BackingMinds is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of those sites.
6. Limitation of liability
