Combify has raised SEK 25 million from Bonnier Ventures and BackingMinds to change how the construction and real estate industry works with data. The Stockholm-based proptech company runs a subscription-based cloud platform that brings together public and open property data. Builders, developers and real estate companies use it to save time and make better decisions early in a project. The new capital will help Combify grow its platform and its customer base.
